Our service
1. PCB Service : Grandtop offers pcb production service from 1-28 layers, the meterials includes standard FR4, Hihg TG FR4, Alumium polymide, Telflon and so on
2. PCB Assembly: Grandtop offers pcb assmelby service from prototypes to mass order. Components ranges from01005, QFN, BGA to through holes. AOI , X-RAY, ICT are equipped to ensure the quality. SMT stencil and cable assemblies service can be provided together.
3. Components sourcing : Grandtop offers electronics components sourcing service. Components are purchased from digikey, mouser...... for prototypes and reliable distributors are large qualities. All IC chips, transistors, crystals ect. are new and original.
4. Programming and Testing : Grandtop offers programming and fuction testing service. HEX file and BIN file are available for IC program are worked with Gradntop. Function test can be proceed after receiving detailed testing instructions and documents.
5. Housing assembly: Grandtop offers assemblly service.From the Smart helmet, wireless sensor, ECR, Kiosks, smart swith , controller box and so on. Grandtop has more and more experience in box build assembly.
